5th annual community conference - Opening the Gates of Torah: Including People with Disabilities in the Jewish Community.

Save the date!  The Partnership for Jewish Life and Learning is proud to present keynote speakers Jacob and Rabbi Bradley Artson at the 5th annual Opening the Gates of Torah: Including People with Disabilities in the Jewish Community conference.  Jacob Artson, a teenager with autism, and his father Bradley, Dean, Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies and Vice President, American Jewish University, will discuss “If I’m Here, Everyone is Here: What Inclusion Means for All of Us”. The event will include 12 different sessions on inclusion.The conference will be held on Sunday December 2, 2007 from 3 - 8 p.m. at Ohr Kodesh Congregation in Chevy Chase, MD.
