Donations
Types: De-clutter your houses and contribute items to the Sukkot Yard Sale. You can donate almost anything – like furniture, books, clothing, jewelry, toys, TVs, computers, household goods, bikes, etc.
Condition: Items should be in good and sellable condition--for example, no missing buttons, stains, or tears in clothing. This will reduce time sorting and pricing items that won't sell. So if you wouldn't consider buying it, consider not donating it.
Drop Off Times: Drop off household items, books, clothes in good condition, furniture, toys, bikes, working electronic equipment, applicances, and other items for sale at Temple Micah on--
- Thurs. Sept. 27: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
- Fri. Sept. 28: 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
- Sat. Sept. 29: 12:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
All donations are tax deductible, and all proceeds go to support programs at Temple Micah.
Fun and Games
In addition to the Yard sale, we will have other attractions including: a giant moon bounce, face painting, great food, and 2 performances by the Great Loudini--at 10 and 11. There is fun for kids and grown-ups too!
Activities Fair
In addition to the Yard & fun and gamessale, representatives of Temple Micah programs and activities have been invited to be present and provide information and answer questions in the courtyard during the fair.
2006 Sukkot Fair Success
The 2006 Sukkot Fair was a HUGE success, raising approx. $5,500 for programs at Temple Micah! Unsold clothing was donated to several local shelters, and other unsold items were donated to the Salvation Army. Thanks for your participation!
