In the form below, please fill in the amount you wish to donate and a Temple Micah fund.  You can choose to make the donation in someone's honor or memory. You can also designate that an acknowledgement card be sent.  Fields marked with an * are required.

For each donation, an acknowledgement card will be sent by the office.

Donations (names only) will be noted in our Newsletter (Vine) unless you request otherwise. 2% of all fund donations will be allocated to the Endowment Fund.  All donations are tax deductible.
