A Jerusalem native, Nir has a Master's degree in journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Middle Eastern history and Arabic literature from Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He currently is the spokesperson for Americans for Peace Now, the sister organization of Shalom Achshav, Israel's preeminent peace movement. Register to attend by June 9th.
