Tickets

Instructions

Please fill out this form to request tickets for your immediate family and others who will attend services with you.

  • Members - please ignore questions 18 to 23. They are for non-members only.
  • Non-Members - please ignore questions 10 to 17. They are for members only.

After filling out the form, please scroll all the way to the bottom and click the "save" button to save your entries. If you change your mind and haven't yet saved the form, you can either go back and change the fields or click "cancel" at the bottom of the form to cancel the request.

After you save the form, you will be able to review your request. You can choose to correct it or accept it. Then you can securely pay online. The PayPal system allows you to pay through a Paypal account or by using a credit card. You will also receive an automatic email response confirming receipt of your ticket request. Once the office has verified that you have paid at least 1/3 of your dues and any other charges for additional tickets, childcare, etc., you will receive an email E-Ticket.

Note: Do not use paypal for dues payments. Paypal is only for the High Holy Day charges.
