Instructions for Podcast
Click on the Pod icon and copy the link. Then in iTunes, select Podcasts in the left column and then from the menu, choose Advanced/Subscribe to Podcast. Then paste in the link you just copied. From now on, you'll automatically download new sermons into your Podcast folder whenever you launch iTunes! And, from there they will be downloaded to your iPod/iphone automatically.
Participation
Members participate in Kabbalat Shabbat worship services through--
- Singing during the service. We believe that worship is participatory and not a performance. Please join us at services and lend your voice to the music and singing of our prayers.
- Leading services during the absence of the Rabbis, including many services during the summer months. If interested, please contact the office.
- "Honors", such as lighting candles or leading kiddush on Friday nights. If interested, please contact the office.
- Doing special readings during services, including a remembrance of deceased loved ones on their yahrzeits before the kaddish. If interested, please contact the office.
- Hosting the oneg (refreshment) before a Kabbalat shabbat service. If interested, please sign up.
Notes
- Monthly during the school year, the youth choir sings at services. Also on a monthly basis, our "pick up band" - flute, clarinet, violin, cello, and hand drums - further enlivens our service.

A new whimsical but totally accessible telling of the current Torah portion (parsha). "A cartoon about the story Jews are reading in the Torah right now. A different writer tells the parsha in 4 minutes: some are stories, others are country songs or hip hop!"
