Tot Shabbat Services
On a monthly basis, we hold a Tot Shabbat service for families with toddlers and children through first grade.
When conducted on Friday evening, the service is led by Jewish Educator, Debra Beland and begins at 6:00 and is over by 6:30. It is a great way to introduce children to the temple and to familiarize them with Shabbat worship. The emphasis at these services is placed on music, movement, storytelling and fun. You will also be able to meet other families with children of the same age. For these services there will be a Shabbat dinner at 6:30 followed by Shabbat and arts and crafts activities led by Jan Greenberg, who has led our Shabbat Chavurah program in the past. Dinner is $5.00 per person. Children under 2 years of age may eat for free.
