MiTY - Temple Micah's Youth Group

Micah Temple Youth (MiTY) is Temple Micah's teen group, led by and for teens - with a little assistance from Robin Tolochko (MiTY's advisor for the past two years).  MiTY is led by the MiTY Board - a group of nine dedicated high schoolers working to create a teen community at Micah.

MiTY holds monthly events ranging from the social (laser tag, bowling, lock-ins), to the cultural (plays and sporting events), to the religious and educational (MiTY members lead two Friday evening services each year).

The primary goal of MiTY is to maintain a community where Jewish teens can build friendships and provide a uniquely Jewish spin on social action, leadership and plain old fun.  MiTY not only provides opportunities for fun with Temple Micah teens, but also with teens from the entire Mid-Atlantic region through retreats with the National Federation of Temple Youth (NFTY).

All high school students are invited to join in MiTY events.

To get in on the fun, drop a line to Robin, our MiTY advisor, at mityadvisor@templemicah.org
