Rachel Gross joined Temple Micah in 2011 after working at the Germantown Jewish Centre in Philadelphia. Her love and knowledge of Judaism run deep and she is passionate about making Judaism meaningful and relevant. Originally from a small town in western Pennsylvania, she holds BAs in English and Jewish Studies as well as an MA in English from the University of Maryland. She also spent several years studying in Israel, including at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies. She has served on the boards of the North American Association of Synagogue Executives (NAASE) and the National Association for Temple Administration (NATA). When not camping in the desert with friends, Rachel can be found searching for the next great book to read or mediocre movie to watch.
