Susan Alpern-Fisch

Susan Alpern-Fisch has been a professional fundraiser for more than 35 years. She has worked for nonprofits in the fields of arts, education, children’s health, the environment, and American-Israeli politics. She is a graduate of Cornell University and earned an MA in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University. Sue served on the Board of Directors at Temple Beth Ami in Rockville, Maryland, where she and her family have been long-time members, and was also on the Board at Bethesda’s Imagination Stage. Sue can be found singing in the Choralis community choir, hanging out at The Phillips Collection, shopping at antique fairs, and adding up frequent flier miles to visit her daughters in Seattle and Boston.
