Story of a secret library organized by young men and women in the town of Daraya which was besieged by Assad’s government forces during the ongoing Syrian Civil War. Its people were deprived of food, bombarded by heavy artillery, and under the constant fire of snipers. Yet, a small group of residents collected books and ran a secret library amidst in spite of the chaotic conditions.
