 Micah board initiated a process to lead and support our congregation throu
 gh this pivotal transition. The&nbsp\;first phase of this process&nbsp\;is
  "discovery."\n\nOne key component is engaging with members in a meaningfu
 l conversation about Temple Micah's future. To do this\, we will be hostin
 g a number of&nbsp\;small-group listening\, or&nbsp\;"discovery" circles&n
