DESCRIPTION:Members\, We Need Your Input!\nAs we continue to work on our se
 arch for a new Senior Rabbi\, the Board has charged the 2025 Discovery Com
 mittee with holding a second round of Discovery Circles. The primary goal 
 is to gain as much insight as possible into congregants’ interests and e
 xpectations for the next Senior Rabbi.\n\nLast Spring\, we engaged over 20
 0 members in a first round of Discovery Circles. Now\, we are launching a 
 second round to help ensure that this important transition for Temple Mica
 h reflects the voices and values of our community. Led by members Joel Kor
 n and Lizzie Worden\, the Circles will take place in late April and May. I
 n-person and Zoom options are available.\n\nIn-person sessions at Temple M
 icah will take place on:\n\n 	Tuesday\, May 13 at at 7:30 p.m.\n 	Wednesda
 y\, May 14 at 10:45 a.m.\n 	Saturday\, May 17 at 1:00 p.m.\n\nZoom-only se
 ssions will take place on:\n\n 	Tuesday\, May 13 at 8 p.m.\n\nPlease login

 if you are unable or prefer not to participate in this round of Discovery 
 Circles\, another manner of providing input on the process will be availab
 le via an online survey that will be circulated after the Discovery Circle
