 bout Richard C. Loeb:&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Richard served as a government lawyer f
 or 37 years\, including 25 years as member of the Senior Executive Service
 . Over the course of his federal employment\, he held various senior level
  legal positions\, including four years as an agency General Counsel.&nbsp
 \; A significant part of his government practice&nbsp\;involved representa
 tion before the Merit Systems Protection Board\, the Office of Special Cou
 nsel\, and other fora providing for employee&nbsp\;relief.&nbsp\; After re
 tiring from the federal government\, Richard spent eight years at the Amer
 ican Federation of Government Employees\, and he now is engaged in private
  practice.
