Rally at the Supreme Court
Abortion access across the country is at stake on December 1, when the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments surrounding Mississippi’s blatantly unconstitutional 15-week ban in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. Join National Council of Jewish Women, Catholics for Choice, the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism, and other partners for an Interfaith Gathering ahead of the Abortion is Essential: Rally for Our Rights.
7:45am ET (doors open at 7:30am ET) — Interfaith Gathering
Location: Near the US Supreme Court. For security reasons, registration is required for participants to receive location information.
At this gathering we’ll help kick off the Rally at the Court. Led by faith leaders and members of Congress, the Interfaith Gathering will open the day with a faith-rooted expression of support for abortion access, honoring the dignity and worth of every person who seeks care, and calling upon the Court to uphold this fundamental right. Doors will open at 7:30am ET and the program will begin promptly at 7:45am ET. COVID protocols will be followed including the wearing of masks and socially-distanced seating. We’ll also have signs that you can bring to the rally.
8:15am – 1pm ET — Rally at the Court!
