We are thrilled to host the Jews of Color Initiative’s (JoCI) CEO, Ilana Kaufman, who will tell us about JoCI’s important and groundbreaking report, Beyond the Count: Perspectives and Lived Experiences of Jews of Color. The report explores the ways in which the ethnic, racial, and cultural identities of Jews of Color influence and infuse their Jewish experiences. If you don’t have time to read the entire report, take a look at the Top 5 Teachings from the report.

Join us to learn and reflect on what this means for our Temple Micah community. The evening will combine Ilana’s presentation with opportunities for questions, as well as time for small group discussions for those joining us in person. Please register in advance to attend.
