Overnight event for 5th and 6th graders at Temple Micah, featuring glow-in-the-dark games, an indoor planetarium, Shabbat singing, and Parsha activities. We look forward to creating memories together as a class!
Student arrival: 5:30-6:00 PM on Friday, November 11. Students will check in downstairs in the library; parents are invited to stay for Oneg at 6 p.m. A kosher-style, child-friendly meal will be served (buffet style) for students following the service.
Student pickup: 9:00-9:15 AM on Saturday, November 12. All students must be picked up by 9:15 AM. A bagel breakfast will be provided for students.
The cost is $50/child. We never want cost to limit involvement; please reach out Rabbi Beraha if cost is prohibitive.
If your child is interested in the overnight but not ready or available to do a full sleepover, we would like to offer the option of a Shabbat Late-Stay instead. All students will arrive by 5:30 PM and the rest of the evening will be as follows:
