In facilitated small groups, members will have the opportunity to share, seek comfort, and work through challenges together. Our small group listening circles are confidential, supportive space for individuals to share their thoughts and feelings. The objective is to create a space for deep listening, compassion, and support; argument or debate is not part of the listening circle.
