SUMMARY:Special Membership Meeting
DESCRIPTION:We have reached a very exciting milestone. As Temple President 
 Roberta Aronson&nbsp\;shared&nbsp\;on December 17\, the Board of Directors
  is recommending Rabbi Josh Beraha to be the next Senior Rabbi of Temple M
 icah.&nbsp\;\n\nPursuant to our&nbsp\;bylaws\, the Board must call a speci
 al meeting of the membership in order to vote on whether to accept the rec
 ommendation. Two-thirds majority of those voting members shall determine w
 hether a new Senior Rabbi shall be engaged. The special meeting will be he
 ld on Tuesday\, January 6\, 2026 at 7 p.m.\, and we encourage all members 
 to participate.\n\nMembers\, please RSVP&nbsp\;so we can plan for the rece
 ption to follow. For those who are unable to join in person\, there will b
 e an option to participate via Zoom. Please note\, as discussed below\, on
 line participants will not be permitted to vote on January 6\;&nbsp\;all r
 emote voting must be done by January 2\, 2026.&nbsp\;\n\nRSVP\nVoting\nMem
 bers are invited to vote in one of two ways:\n\nEarly Voting from December
  19\, 2025 through January 2\, 2026:&nbsp\;Members may vote electronically
  through&nbsp\;ShulCloud&nbsp\;or by completing a&nbsp\;paper ballot&nbsp\
 ;and emailing or mailing it to Temple Micah as indicated on the ballot.&nb
 sp\;\n\nIn Person on January 6:&nbsp\;Members may vote in person at the Ja
 nuary 6\, 2026\, special meeting at Temple Micah.&nbsp\;Members who plan t
 o participate in the meeting via Zoom must vote electronically by January
