Yom Ha’Atzmaut Across America Concert

In celebration of Israel’s 73rd birthday, communities across America will come together to co-host and celebrate the 2nd Annual Yom Ha’atzmaut Across America live virtual concert event.  The first Annual Yom Ha’atzmaut Across America which took place in April of 2020, gathered more than 2.5k viewing devices across 40 participating communities, and raised $12k for IsraAid and Feeding America.  The concert featured Israeli vocalist and performer Hadar Orshalimy and husband Sheldon Low in a celebration of the Great Israeli Songbook, stories from Hadar’s upbringing in Israel, and the history behind the songs and their composers.

2021 headliners include full-band performances by Chava Mirel, Josh Nelson, and Hadar and Sheldon.

Proceeds from the 2021 celebration benefit MAZON, A Jewish Response to Hunger.
