Mckinley Edelman earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She spent nearly a decade working on Capitol Hill for several Congresswomen hailing from her home state of California. While working on the Hill, Mckinley became connected with Temple Micah as a teacher in the Machon from 2014-2019.
Mckinley lives on Capitol Hill with her husband Alex, two wonderful children (2 and 4), and an okay dog. In her free time, Mckinley loves searching for DC’s best sushi, perfecting her challah recipe, and attempting a moment of zen with some yoga practice.
Mckinley is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Jewish Education at Hebrew Union College.
