Bring Your Whole Self

Tell us more about you. Are you an optimist? An economist? An enthusiastic singer? A musician, an environmentalist, always the first to show up with bagels? A lover of ancient texts and ready for new perspectives? Together, we build a Jewish environment that nourishes the spiritual needs of each member. Wherever you are on your Jewish journey, we want to meet you.

Be Your Best Self

Our members make us who we are. We are seekers, dabblers, activists, adults looking for spiritual challenge and change, parents and families growing new traditions with strong roots. We know that sometimes, loving our world looks like 10,000 pairs of underwear and socks. Online or in person, we are vibrant, innovative, and always learning.

We welcome you as a vital part of our sacred community without regard to ethnicity, race, gender, orientation, or gender identity, socioeconomic status, ability, or age.

Fair Share Pledge

hand holding a heartOur Fair Share Pledge model looks and feels a little different from a fixed dues model. It means all members contribute according to their resources: we share in temple life not just equally, but equitably.

Each member household is asked to pledge 2% of their gross household income. All fair share pledges and payments to the Building Fund (which helps us maintain our building) are tax-deductible, charitable contributions.

Costs are never a barrier to your participation at Temple Micah. No one is excluded because of financial constraints, and we offer deeply subsidized dues for members in their twenties.

Please contact us if you have any inquiries about membership or our fair share pledge. We look forward to getting to know you!
