All-Community Purim Celebration featuring storyteller Noa Baum

Join us for a community Purim celebration from 10-11:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 24th, featuring a performance by our youth choir, an abbreviated megillah reading, festive communal singing, and our main event: a special telling of the Purim story by award-winning storyteller, Noa Baum (recommended audience: 4+, but all are welcome to attend). Costumes optional but encouraged, and bring a box of pasta to use as a grogger and be donated afterwards.

About Noa Baum

Noa is a speaker, author, storyteller, and trainer. Born and raised in Israel, Noa was an actress at Jerusalem Khan Theater, studied with Uta Hagen in NYC and holds an M.A. from NYU. Noa offers a unique combination of performance art and practical workshops that focus on the power of narrative to heal across the divides of identity. In a world where peace is a challenge in the schoolyard and beyond, Noa’s work builds bridges of understanding and compassion.
