Earlier this year, Rabbi Zemel announced his plans to retire in June 2025. Since then, the Temple Micah board initiated a process to lead and support our congregation through this pivotal transition. The first phase of this process is “discovery.”
One key component is engaging with members in a meaningful conversation about Temple Micah’s future. To do this, we will be hosting a number of small-group listening, or “discovery” circles in which you can share your views.
Through these conversations, we will strive to better understand you, our members: what do you value about Temple Micah and our community, how do you engage with the congregation now, and what are your hopes for the future?
