A wheat field and an unfurled Torah scroll

Erev Shavuot Service

June 11, 2024
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

On Erev Shavuot, we mark the end of the 49-day counting of the Omer, the wheat harvest, and the revelation of the Torah to Moses and the Israelites at Mount Sinai. The service features the ritual reading of the Ten Commandments, the singing of Hallel, and Yizkor will be read. The rabbis will discuss the connection between the Torah and the Human Project. Our traditional cheesecake oneg will be served. All are welcome to join us for this festival service.

Please note: this service is in-person only; no online or Zoom option is available.
