Micah member Dean Brenner will share the impact of Alzheimer’s and other dementias on our community, and the latest information on treatments and community supports from the Alzheimer’s Association. Dean Brenner chairs the board of the Alzheimer’s Association National Capital Area Chapter and is the Vice Chair of the Alzheimer’s Association’s National Board of Directors. Dean also serves as chairman of the DC Brain Health Advisory Coalition, a coalition of community stakeholders organized by DC Health to work together and advise the DC government on Alzheimer’s and other brain health issues in DC.
