Family Israel Trip: April 11-20, 2024

  • Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Northern Coast, and Galilee

The trip costs include all hotels, 9 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 5 dinners, entrance fees, tips of guide, driver, and baggage service at hotels.

Does not include airfare, meals not mentioned above, and travel insurance.


Pricing

Pricing is determined based on final numbers traveling. Prices are per person and are based upon shared double occupancy. Family rooms can accommodate up to 4 people; connecting rooms can accommodate up to 6 people – availability limited.

16-19 Paying participants – $5,500 Per Person

Children Rates:

25-29 Paying participants – $3,630 Per Person

16-19 Paying participants – $4,030 Per Person


Payment Timeline:

  • An initial deposit of $300 per traveler is due September 13, 2023.
  • Balance due February 1, 2024.

Basic Trip Itinerary

Thursday, April 11, 2024: Arrive in Tel Aviv

Friday, April 12: Zionist History in Tel Aviv

  • Includes visits to Palmach Museum, Crafts Market, and Carmel Shuk.

Saturday, April 13: Jewish Peoplehood and the Best of Tel Aviv Beaches

  • Includes visits to ANU Museum: The Museum of the Jewish People, Gordon Beach, and surfing lessons

Sunday, April 14: Jaffa


Monday, April 15: Israel’s Northern Coast

  • Includes visits to Beit Yannai Sea Turtle Rescue Center and Caesarea’s Beach.

 Tuesday, April 16: Galilee


Wednesday, April 17: Archaeological Dig and Ethiopian Israeli Cultural Experience

  • Includes visits to Beit Guvrin, Ethiopian Jewry experiential visitor center, and ends in Ben Yehuda street in Jerusalem.

Thursday, April 18: Jerusalem’s Old City


Friday, April 19: Jerusalem and Reform Judaism for Shabbat

  • Includes time in Jerusalem and visit to Kibbutz Gezer for Shabbat.

Saturday, April 20: Masada and Departure

  • Includes trip to Masada and the Dead Sea.

Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure from the USA. 

In the event of domestic unrest, and/or military operation taking place in Israel, in conjunction with an official warning issued by the U.S. Department of State against travel to Israel, you will be able to cancel your trip and will be entitled to a full refund.

All cancellations must be received by MEJDI, our tour company, in writing and will become effective as of the date of postmark for appropriate credit minus the following fees.

  • Up to 70 Days Prior: All deposited payments will be credited towards a future tour (for use within 1 year)
  • 69-46 Days Prior: 40% of tour cost deducted from credited amount
  • 45-21 Days Prior: 80% of tour cost deducted from credited amount
  • 20 days prior or less: 100% of tour cost deducted from credited amount
