60 years ago, on August 6, 1963, Temple Micah, originally Southwest Hebrew Congregation, was officially incorporated as a religious non-profit in the District of Columbia. We’d like to sincerely thank each and every person who has made us who we are today. We know the next 60 years (and beyond!) will continue to challenge and inspire us as we celebrate our Jewish lives together.
Whether 60 years, 6 months, or 6 days ago, we invite you to share your photo memories with us! We’ll aim to collect as many photos as we can from the past 60 years and create a video montage to share with the whole congregation at the end of 2023.
