About Richard C. Loeb: Richard served as a government lawyer for 37 years, including 25 years as member of the Senior Executive Service. Over the course of his federal employment, he held various senior level legal positions, including four years as an agency General Counsel. A significant part of his government practice involved representation before the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Office of Special Counsel, and other fora providing for employee relief. After retiring from the federal government, Richard spent eight years at the American Federation of Government Employees, and he now is engaged in private practice.
