Undesign the Redline is an exhibit that explores the history of race-based exclusion from DC neighborhoods. The exhibit explores the history of redlining — the explicit devaluation of residential areas based on race — in upper Northwest DC and helps us understand why inequities in housing and wealth persist. How can we “undesign” these wrongs?
Join us for “Temple Micah Night” on Wednesday, May 8 at Cleveland Park Neighborhood Library (3310 Connecticut Ave NW) as we take a guided tour of the exhibit together. Please note: parking is limited and public transportation is encouraged. Please register in advance.
Learn more about the exhibit at undesigndc.org or sign up for updates about coming events.
